Roger Grimes | Vice President

Jenny Olding | National Account Manager

Jenny Olding (commonly known as Jenny O) has over a decade of professional relationship building experience. She is a visionary and loves meeting new people, developing partnerships and most of all creating a fun, lasting experience for her client partners.

Upon entering the industry 6 years ago, Jenny fell in love with having a career in the Dental Field. She left the industry for a brief moment, only to return shortly thereafter as she entered into the Group Practice Solutions division of DSG. She couldn’t leave it behind! (Shhh! It’s a secret, she cried when she had to leave her clients the first time!)

Jenny’s innovative and creative, and carries a Bachelor’s degree in Sales Communication (which she made up herself and got approved in college). Very non traditional, she has a way of creating opportunities out of thin-air, which in turn creates powerful benefits for those she shares client relationships with.

Jenny is a world traveler (over 15 countries!) and life adventurist. In her free time, she loves to hike and be outdoors and play competitive softball.

Monique Kramer | National Account Manager

Monique Kramer is a passionate and dedicated Dental Industry Specialist. Currently she is National Account Manager for Dental Services Group. Monique has served in the dental industry to create and cultivate cultures’ to build sustainable businesses with purpose and profitability. Fortunate to do what she loves’, she explores what is possible for the people she meets and achieves genuine connections needed for success. With more than twenty years of experience, she has organically grown in the dental industry.

Monique Co-Owned a Dental Laboratory with her family for 17 years; that included all aspects of business from daily operations, future business develop, transitioning Analog to Digital processing, R & D in dental solutions. She successfully negotiated the sale of the dental laboratory and made the transition with her staff and clients. Under the new laboratory ownership, she successfully transitioned to Business Development; there she achieved Sales Representative of the Year in 2015, and Overall Sales Growth in Network competition.

Monique has enjoyed hosting local study clubs and public speaking engagements over the years. She has worked to develop laboratory and dental office staff and developed multiple Operational procedures. She has the privilege of working every day with the dental community and its’ dental professionals using her knowledge and experience to assist them in there dental practices’ success. Monique is committed to the dental industry and is passionate in her pursuit to make a difference.

Her personal joys are the outdoors, hiking, golf and tennis. She listens to music and loves to read and spend time with her husband and share in the journey called life.

Carlos Valencia | Account Manager

Carlos Valencia is originally from Mexico City. He received his dental degree at the Metropolitan Autonomous University in Mexico City; He then completed a General Practice Residency at the General Hospital, in Mexico City.

Carlos practiced general dentistry in Baja California for more than 10 years.  He moved to California in 2011 where he worked for a Dental Lab in San Diego in the Digital Department. There he learned different Computerized Dentistry Programs and the latest scientific knowledge in the field of digital and CAD/CAM technology.

Carlos joined the Dental Services Group family in 2014 and continues to seek out a variety of advanced training opportunities in order to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques in the Dental Lab field.

On his free time, Carlos Valencia enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Christian Soto | Account Manager

Christian Soto is originally from New Jersey, but was raised as a Floridian. He has a decade of customer care experience starting from retail, to laboratory management, to sales.

Christian started with DSG about 4 years ago where he had humble beginnings as a model room technician. Needless to say that only lasted a few months until his customer service skills and willingness to do what it takes, showed that he was an ideal candidate to help run the front office of our DSG Clearwater location.

After working the operations side of the business for a couple years he realized it was time to expand his knowledge of the dental business and venture out into the sales field. He worked as the territory representative for DSG First Impression Dental Lab in Sandy Springs, GA and eventually took over as lab manager within a year!
Christian is now part of the DSO team and is excited about the Account Manager role. His positivity, love for helping others, and willingness to go the extra mile shows Christian is committed to helping our clients succeed in every aspect of the business.
In his spare time Christian likes to spend time with family, friends, and attend sporting events.

Lori Crom | General Manager

Lori Crom has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and a Graduate Certificate in Museum Studies.  She has traveled extensively throughout Europe and the United States after which she entered the Dental Laboratory business in 2010.

For the last 6 years Lori’s expertise has proven invaluable to the implementation of procedures and operations in a growing industry. Lori is responsible for training new staff members in various departments throughout the lab. She continues her training and education by attending leadership and team building courses.

Lori continues to have the ability to help offices with a wide range of expertise both administratively and technically, including her ability to follow through on case issues and questions to a positive resolution.

Alyse Latham | Coordinator, Customer Support

Alyse Latham has worked in the Dental Laboratory business since 2004. She takes pride in helping customers with everything from delivery times to case coordination, invoicing questions & supply needs. Alyse has even dabbled in the technical side helping with denture fabrication. She is an asset to both Group Practice Solutions and our customers.

Alyse is the main point of contact for new account set up and inquiries for digital scanner program.

She enjoys going to her son’s soccer games and playing the flute.

David Jensen | Director, Technical Services

David Jensen has been a Dental Technician since 1981. He is a CDT in both Implantology and Ceramics.

David’s technical training began working with his father in the dental laboratory industry and furthered his knowledge and passion by attending Northwestern Dental School. He has continued his education with many course studies including Osseo-integrated Implant Systems.

David was co-owner of Natural Prosthetics Dental Lab (“NPDL”) for 27 years and very early adapted his lab into the digital age as he was able to visualize the future of the laboratory.  David’s assets are crisis management and he enjoys fishing with his 3 adult children.

Tony DesPasquale | Manager, Porcelain Ceramist

Tom Cacavas | Manager, Customer Support

Tom Cacavas graduated from Tampa College of Dental Technology and began his career in the Dental Laboratory industry in 1983 where he worked as a dental technician for 25 years. For the past 9 years he has dedicated himself to providing solutions for our wonderful clients.

As Technical Support Manager, Tom’s extensive technical knowledge in the dental lab he has a full understanding of treatment planning of cases and the importance of on time case delivery.  He has instilled on his team the importance of listening and compassion for our customers’ specific situations and turn-around times.

Tom has taken continuing education courses not only in dental technology but also in leadership, communication and team building. He takes pride in building relationships with each customer both professionally and personally.
